All of our ceramics are handmade by Auguste Elder, urged into being by his hands on the potter’s wheel in New York City. Following the centuries old process of wood-firing, each piece is in collaboration with the flames, the ash, and each other.

Lisa Chan sources the tea and hand makes all of Cha Bay’s tea sweets. Each one an expression of tradition and simplicity.
