Cha bei (tea cup) with our proprietary robin’s egg celadon glaze, and groggy (sandy) body. This cup was thrown thin at the lip with a slightly bottom weighted center of gravity to lend stability to the tiptoe foot. Moderate nami (wave) in the well, and our characteristic tobikanna (chattering) radiating throughout. Crazing (fine, decorative cracks in the glaze) will naturally increase and darken with each use.
