Summer Bowl with our proprietary “robin’s egg celadon” glaze, and groggy (sandy) body. This bowl was thrown thin at the lip with a slightly bottom weighted center of gravity to lend stability to the tiptoe foot. Prominent nami (wave) in the well, and our characteristic tobikanna (chattering) radiating throughout. Crazing (fine, decorative cracks in the glaze) will naturally increase and darken with use. Minor grog-protrusions in the well, harmless especially when washed with hot, soapy water after use.
