Description
A favorite at Cha Bay! This exceptional example of Taiwan’s famous mountain was grown at 1800 meters. A lightly oxidized oolong playfully dares multiple wardrobe changes throughout its performance–spicy cinnamon peaks, baked dough pitstops, vegetal plateaus, and under-the-radar camphor cooling notes. The liquor, too, is confident, donning a saturated golden-hay hue that seems to generate its own light source in your cup. Thicker stems than our Forever Spring Oolong support ample buds and mature foliation, making for one remarkable ballet of tasting notes. Do you detect the fragile scent of mimosa blossom from this 2018 harvest? Share with us your tasting notes!
