These tea tiles are based off of Lisa’s favorite cookie in the whole wide world: the french sablé.
Lisa spent a year in France, practicing her pastry skills and falling in love with the virtues of butter. Here, the simple ingredients of butter, sugar, flour, and salt come together for a meltingly perfect sensation. Topped with an oolong tea leaf, it delights the eyes as well as the mouth.
